Standard rental for up to 45 people (up to 6 hours) *$400.00 + tax (Includes use of room, 8 whiskey barrel tables with chairs, 1-3 covered tables for food, VIP area with couches and chair, and use of bar area, use of big screen tv 1-2 staff members, bring your own refreshments, ice, plates, cups, decorations and other supplies) *price does not include use of alcohol, stage or equipment, table covers, bartender or additional staff. (see listings below) Choice of open room or closed curtain for stage area. If serving alcohol or BYOB, there may be a liability charge for insurance. You can bring in your own bartender or we can provide a certified Serve Safe bartender by the state for you for additional $ per hour (4 hour minimum). Cups that drinks are served in will be included with bartender. Contact us for stage and equipment use information and pricing. If you need more time to set up or clean up, let us know at least a week ahead of time.
