Cancellation Policy

See room rental agreement for building use and regulations. All renters and guests must strictly abide by the buidling regulations and policies. Access to the building where the Richmond Rock Room resides will only be guaranteed for the the specific dates as agreed. Deposit due at time of agreement. Balance due within 24 hours or before rental date. If this is a potential issue, please contact us. We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, lack or participation, or any other reason(s). If you need to re-schedule, you must do so on or before 7 days before agreed rental date or forfeit deposit. All private rentals that provide alcohol are responsible for themselves and their guests and must adhere and acknowlege all local and state laws pertaining to alcohol.
